少女阿欣孭着背包與心愛的貓猫，約了年輕業主Ray睇樓。之後爽快租住他轄下一劏房單位，自言想安頓生活後就專心展開新生活。

除Ray與神秘女夥伴June以外，欣的新鄰居品流迥異，有性感直播女孩、詭異地攤小販母女，也有偽青年財俊，令她陷入前所未見的森羅萬象。薄牆間有乍現鏡花水月情慾，但亦潛藏恐怖危機。

Ray以出租劏房為名，實質將租客身份證資料轉賣給股票公司圖利，而股票公司開假戶口做持貨買賣，操控股票市場。

一宗巨額偽帳戶證券交易陰差陽錯哋被發現，同時揭開Ray不為人知的陰暗面。在生死關頭，亦將欣帶回她也不敢面對自己過往的沉重回憶。

有人向警方通風報信劏房發生命案，警方迅速趕到現場，只發現一名男死者及欣暈倒現場，其他房間空無一人。欣告訴警方Ray是房東，但警方資料顯示劏房登記《查無此人》。

A young girl, Xin, carrying a backpack and her beloved cat, made an appointment with the young house owner RAY to look for a house. She cheerfully agreed to rent a space capsule, wanted to settle down and concentrate on starting a new life.

Except for Ray and the mysterious female partner June, Xin’s new neighbors have totally different personalities, a sexy girl who does live broadcast,  a weird mother and daughter as street vendor, a fake young and handsome guy, all of which makes Xin plunge into a world never seen before. Between the thin walls, there is lust in real or illusory, but still hidden horrifying crisis.

In the name of renting out space capsules, Ray actually sold the tenants’ ID card information to stock companies for profit, while stock companies set up fake accounts to conduct holding transactions and manipulate the stock market.

A huge amount of fake account securities transactions were accidentally discovered. At the same time, Ray’s unknown dark side is revealed. At the critical moment of life and death, Xin is brought back to the heavy memories of her past that she dare not face. 

Someone tipped off the police about a murder in the space capsule. Police rushed to the scene quickly and found only one deceased male with Xin, who had fainted. Other rooms were empty. Xin told the police that Ray was the owner of the space capsule, but the police system showed that there was no such person in the registration.
