《姐妹的旋律》讲述一名怀抱音乐梦想的女孩，在母亲离世后，被迫肩负起照顾自闭症妹妹的责任。面对梦想与家庭之间的抉择，她必须重新寻找人生的方向。

Xiu Wen is a passionate music composer struggling financially but dedicated to her craft. She forms a group with her boyfriend, Jun Peng, and best friend, Ai Lin, performing and selling songs. Her younger sister, Xiu Min, is autistic. Growing up with an abusive father and a special-needs sister, Xiu Wen received little care and ran away from home at 16, losing contact for 10 years. Her ailing mother tracks her down through a news article and brings Xiu Min to see her. During an encounter with a harasser, the mother collapses. On her deathbed, she apologizes to Xiu Wen and entrusts Xiu Min to her care.
