Movie Story
| 在台灣工作的阿耀，回到馬來西亞與弟妹一起為父親舉辦喪禮，卻遇到宗教局人員的突然來訪，帶走父親的屍體。原來父親生前偷偷地加入了回教，因此屍體必須葬在回教墓園。不服氣的兄弟倆因而展開搶回屍體的旅程。過程中，阿耀回憶起小時候身為走私客的父親，父親教他如何在這對華人不公平的社會下要狡猾求存。而妹妹水雲也發現了父親真正入回教的秘密，妹妹目睹過父親失敗的人生面，母親因而離家，晚年的父親有一個印尼裔的秘密情人。弟弟阿財責備阿耀是逃兵，逃離家庭到國外去，兩兄弟的分歧在旅途中化解。
一家人奇幻地找回父親屍體的過程，也展開了這家人對於當初老一輩怎麼來到南洋，歷經各種荒謬而又滑稽的苦難，在榴槤、熱病、身分證、大便中求生下來，如今這些記憶都傳承到了三兄妹的心裏。 |
